We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Install Manager to lead our Dayton team. If you’re a high-energy leader who knows how to drive results, build teams, and elevate performance, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead daily field operations, technician performance, and customer satisfaction 
  • Develop a high-performance culture focused on growth and excellence 
  • Train and coach technicians to improve ticket averages, closing rates, and revenue 
  • Maintain operational standards: inventory control, safety, accurate invoicing & reporting 
  • Manage recruiting, retention, and employee development 
  • Promote product and sales training, including lead generation strategies 
  • Reduce callbacks and warranty issues through quality control and performance feedback 
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure 100% satisfaction 

Qualifications

What You Bring: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems (residential) and processes 
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset 
  • Understanding of HVAC design, materials, and cost structures 
  • Strong communication, goal-setting, and time-management abilities 
  • Positive energy and passion for driving sales and company growth
