Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

 

  • Ability to build a team culture by recruiting, motivating, and training the staff.
  • Promoter of enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1’s 
  • Ambassador to "do what it takes" to provide unparalleled customer service to mitigate customer complaints
  • Provider of outstanding organizational processes to ensure efficient planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to exceed customer satisfaction while ensuring a positive financial performance
  • The liaison across support teams, procurement, field teams, sales, and technical services to ensure best practices are always utilized
  • Protector of accurate inventory controls including fleet, parts, and materials to reduce discrepancies
  • Diplomatic collaborator who works with vendors, government entities, community leaders and other third-party partners
  • Drivers of business growth by meeting or exceeding established financial goals; analyzes cost and forecasts data to ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives; implements new strategies; documents processes.
  • Reviews and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.
  • Recognizes and rewards team members through regular coaching and by completing regular performance evaluations and salary reviews in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Manages all aspects of branch operations including manpower planning and resource allocation, ensuring adequate planning, communication, and resources are in place for all business and production objectives.
  • Drives results and accountability, monitors and identifies trends, and takes appropriate actions to ensure achievement of revenue and gross profit margin targets.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Computer proficiency. (Microsoft preferred; Service Titan a plus)
  • 7+ years management experience that includes solid leadership demonstrating strong customer service, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • 5+ years overseeing day-to-day operations of a Home Services (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) Business Unit
  • Track record of year-over-year business growth
  • Valid driver’s license
