Your Path to a Successful HVAC Career

This isn’t just a training program. It’s the first step in a long-term career, with multiple paths so you can find what fits you best.

🔹 Phase 1: Paid Schooling (4 Weeks)
Learn the fundamentals of HVAC through classroom instruction and hands-on training while earning a paycheck.

*** Schedule & Location ***

  • Classes meet three days per week

  • Monday through Wednesday (in person attendance required)

  • Location: Dayton Headquarters
6344 Webster St, Vandalia, Ohio 45414

🔹 Phase 2: Install Apprentice (Summer)
Move into the field and work alongside experienced installers. You’ll learn how to install HVAC systems that operate correctly, look professional, and meet company standards.
🔹 Phase 3: Choose Your Path
After gaining install experience, you’ll have multiple paths available based on your strengths, interests, and performance:
  • Maintenance Technician – Transition into the maintenance department, where you’ll learn how to keep systems running at peak efficiency through routine maintenance, system evaluations, and customer interaction. This role builds a strong technical foundation and is a key step in long-term career growth.

  • Service Technician (Progression Opportunity) – After successfully progressing in the maintenance role, you may have the opportunity to advance into HVAC service. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot system issues, diagnose problems, and perform repairs. This path develops advanced technical and diagnostic skills and is earned through demonstrated performance and experience.

  • Install Lead Technician – Continue on the install track and grow into a leadership role. Install Lead Technicians run jobs, mentor apprentices, and ensure installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

This structure allows you to explore different aspects of the trade while clearly understanding the steps required to advance.
